Karen Robertson, DVM, DACVPM

Dr. Robertson is originally from Virginia. She received her veterinary degree from the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine in 1992 and is a specialist in Preventive Medicine. She enjoys breeding and training Rough Collies and Jack Russell Terriers, cooking with her husband Keith, and bird watching on Lake Freeman.

 

Keith Robertson, Business Manager

After 20 years of service in the US Marine Corps and US Coast Guard, Keith developed his love of history into a teaching career. After receiving a degree in Secondary Education from the University of New Orleans, he spent 8 years teaching History in Jefferson Parish Public Schools. He is excited to relocate to Monticello, Indiana with Karen and his daughter, Kaitlyn. Keith loves to barbeque and spend time with his family, friends, and the family’s dogs.

  • Danielle Wheeldon, RVT

    Veterinary Technician

    Danielle received her bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Technology from Purdue University with a focus in Behavior. Danielle brings years of experience and a wealth of knowledge to the TLPC team. In her free time, Danielle enjoys spending time with her husband, Eric, her cat, Bailey, and her extended family.

  • Shanaya Brom

    Veterinary Assistant

    Shanaya is from Monticello and has had a passion for working with and helping animals since she was a small child. Shanaya is pursuing a degree in Veterinary Technology from Ashworth College. She enjoys spending time with her son and playing with her two Pit Bulls, Luna and Pongo.

  • Izzy Hostetler

    Veterinary Assistant

    After graduating from Twin Lakes High School, Izzy joined the TLPC team fulltime. In addition to work, Izzy is attending Penn Foster where she is working on a degree in Veterinary Technology. In her free time she enjoys playing with her Miniature Aussie, Russell, and spending time with close friends.

  • Libby Shipp

    Veterinary Assistant

    Libby is a student at Twin Lakes High School and is interested in studying veterinary medicine after graduation. Libby is an animal lover and has many pets including 8 dogs, 5 cats, and a rabbit. Libby is a talented dancer and singer. Libby is a volunteer for Helen Svonavec Memorial Fund for Pets and maintains a cat foster home as well as serving as a junior board member.

  • Rogan Allen

    Veterinary Assistant

    Rogan is a student at Twin Lakes High School. She plans to attend Purdue University after graduation where she will major in Animal Science. Rogan’s ultimate goal is to become a veterinarian focused on equine sports medicine. In addition to cheerleading and FFA activities, Rogan enjoys spending time with her rescue dog, Cricket, and her cat, Carlos.

  • Jasmin Bell

    Receptionist

    At TLPC, you will be greeted by Jasmin’s smile on weekday mornings while she juggles incoming calls and manages the schedule. Jasmin loves to read in her spare time and enjoys hanging out with her dogs, Layla, Alice, and Ellie, and her cat, Oscar.
